Design/specification
Our experience in many industries allows us to design or specify the best weighing system for your application. We select the best load cells, mounts and weight indicators for the purpose, to ensure it all works as expected.
IWS Services – Assembly
If your system requires a custom control cabinet, we assemble this and wire it in accordance with relevant standards. Subsequently it may require inspection and approval on-site.
IWS Services – Programming
IWS programming includes Visual Basic for PC computers and PLC programming for real-time control systems. In addition, we program Rice Lake 920i and 1280 when no standard program is available.
IWS Services – Installation
With assistance by the customer for heavy labour, IWS Services provides applications knowledge and supervision for placing of load cells. Also, we provide wiring supervision as well as for junction boxes from the load cell positions to the indicator or control system.
IWS Services – Calibration
Following installation, the system needs to be calibrated.
This is accomplished by load cell mV/V simulation or test weights. In this way, scales can be calibrated to meet your desired accuracy requirements. Call us for Scale calibration.
